Project Theta (RPG devlog) Chapter Eighteen: But the Biggest Question...Can I Pet The Cats and Dogs?

Hello Everyone!

I have thought of a new tiny feature as well as gotten a bunch of stuff done so here's an update. You can check out the art below if you want!

 - What's This New Mechanic?

Petting cats and dogs! There will be a cute animation that happens when you pet them so...yeah. Not in any way important, but it adds more character to the world and if you aren't in it to save the villagers, you can do it for the cats and dogs. Okay, I know it's not amazing, but it's easy to put in the game and it does add to the experience. Plus there may be a secret reward for petting them all...

 - So...What'd You Actually Do???

Okay fine...that idea isn't completely groundbreaking so here's a list of some work that I've actually done!

• Furniture for inside homes
• Completed the main theme for the game
• Worked on some UI
• Worked on pixel art for locked doors

So I got a good bit done!

- What's Left

Don't remind me...

• Lengthening current music
• Starting at least some coding
• Art for the outside and inside of the dungeons
• Death animations and screen
• Anything else I can complete!

Beautiful isn't it...some of the stuff doesn't show with the background so sorry about that.

Sorry for the shorter devlog but I'm tired in every way. The next one will be longer.
